今天，医院的主管以沉通的心情告知大家，又一位护士因新冠病毒感染去世了。逝者年龄并不大，才四十六岁。没有解释他为什么是在家里，而不是在医院去世的。
又去内科病房查房了。外科医生看内科病人，总会有些不自信。不过对冠状病毒，目前也没有什么特效药，都是一些基本维持治疗，给氧气，输液，有细菌感染的上抗菌素，查血，还有就是决定和安排出院或转重症监护室。换作内科医生，大概也就是这些了。
病房里刚毕业和近几年毕业的年轻医生很多，他们整天都在病房里，具体的工作都是他们和护士在做。
住院的病人似乎已在逐渐减少。六张床的大房间现在只有三个病人，而且其中只有一个人需要持续吸氧，那是前几天刚从重症监护室转出来的一个五十多岁的患者，他在重症监护室住了一个多月，现在还不能断氧。而两位高龄患者，已经恢复得差不多了，能不吸氧，下地行走，都急着出院，只是化验指标还没正常，需要观察。
当然也不都是轻症病人。查房前刚有两个病人去世了。她们没去重症监护室，估计是年龄太大，不具插管指征。这和平时应该没有区别，不可能恢复的病人是不会过度治疗的。
很难预测，这一切什么时候才能结束，不过，应该不会太久了，毕竟，首相都已经康复履职了。

It took two months to get to Canada but I love it. I didn’t give it full star rating for a couple of reasons. The gold hardware isn’t the same to the original it’s a matte gold. The sides of the bag the pattern doesn’t fully match in the middle of the seam, only the top three rows do. Interior zipper clothe isn’t the colour brown as it should be. I think for the price, it’s a great replica. I do love it and rock it with pride. With these little flaws, I will still order the other two colours eventually.
